BIOGRAPHY I teach BIO 426/626: Functional Animal Ecology in the Fall semesters, and BIO 375: Biological Experimentation in the Spring semesters. My professional interests and work include quantitative tests of optimization theories, and intermittent incubation in birds as a compromise between embryo development rate and self-maintenance.
